Refund policy
REFUND, PRICE PROTECTION,
EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY:
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice and are subject to stock availability. If any of the products ordered become out of stock after the transaction has been completed, we will send you a notice to that effect by email and the out-of-stock product will then be removed from the order and the price of that product will be refunded to you. Enviromobile is not responsible for any shortage of stock and for any damage that may result from or cause any delay in delivery.
PRICES AND SALES TAXES
Prices displayed on the Site are in Canadian dollars (CAD$), do not include taxes and are subject to change without notice. The official amount of your order, including taxes, will be sent to you when you confirm your order placed on the Site.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
We only accept payment by credit cards issued in Canada, Visa™ and MasterCard™ and PayPal.
Express shipping is free in Canada for orders over $40 before taxes. For orders from $1 to $39.99, the shipping fee is $4.95. Allow between 2 business days in Quebec and 3 business days in the rest of Canada before receiving your order. If your product requires more time due to availability, in this case, we will inform you by email of the possible delay. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. The same day of the order is excluded from the calculation of working days.
Upon receipt of your order, if you notice a breakage due to transportation, you must notify us the same day of receipt of the package, by email at info@enviromobile.ca or by phone at 418-842-0278. We will send you a return slip for the device that will be exchanged. No exceptions will be made for breakages mentioned later than the day of receipt of the package.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
15 days of the completion of any transaction made on the Site, we will send you an order confirmation email including the total price of your order as well as the detailed terms and conditions of the transaction. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction, without any obligation to provide any justification. If we cancel your transaction, a notification will be sent to you by email at the address provided. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to have been placed by merchants, resellers, or distributors. Generally, when we cancel a transaction, we do not charge your credit card for the amount. Otherwise, we will refund the amount or a corresponding credit will be applied to your credit card.
REFUND:
We accept refunds for a total of 30 days from the date of purchase, less fees.
Online ordering:
- If the order has not yet been shipped, we will issue the full refund, minus the 3% credit card fee charged to us when placing an order.
- If the order has already been shipped, we will issue the full refund, minus the 3% credit card fee charged to us at checkout as well as the return shipping fee. (These fees vary depending on the customer's shipping address.)
Please note that in cases where the phone is defective or for an authorized exchange, then only in this case Enviromobile will assume the shipping costs for the return or exchange.
In all cases, we will provide you with a packing slip in order to return the device to us.
Please note that accessories (tempered glass, protective case, headphones) are non-refundable.
We do not accept refunds if the product has physical or liquid damage or if the device is still signed in to an Apple ID, Google ID, or password. The buyer must pay the shipping cost for the return if returned for any reason other than a defect. Returns must include all accessories included with the device as well as in its shipping box.
EXCHANGE:
A device exchange is possible during the first 30 days, from the day you received the device, if you are not satisfied with the device received.
The exchange must be made for an appliance of equal or greater value. You will have to assume the price difference between the two devices.
The product must be in the same condition as it was originally in. Return shipping costs in the case of an exchange will be paid by the customer. You have 30 days from the date you receive the device to make your trade-in request.
We do not accept refunds if the product has physical or liquid damage or if the device is still signed in to an Apple ID, Google ID, or password. The buyer must pay the shipping cost for the return if returned for any reason other than a defect. Returns must include all accessories included with the device as well as the original box in perfect condition.
WARRANTY:
In the event of a defect in the appliance, a repair warranty of the appliance is provided against defects in the appliance only. Physical or liquid damage is not covered by the 365-day warranty.
Only defects that are not caused by the user are covered under our warranty policy. Any breakage caused by misuse of the phone is not covered by this warranty.
Delivery charges in the case of an authorized repair or exchange within the 365-day warranty period, will be paid by Enviromobile. You have 365 days from the date of receipt of the device to make your warranty claim.
We guarantee a battery life of at least 8 hours without recharging, during normal use (which is equivalent to a battery with at least 80% of its original capacity). If not, we will test and replace the battery if necessary.
PRICE DROP PROTECTION:
Our prices and promotions vary regularly depending on product availability and available inventory.
Our price protection policy applies from the time of purchase and is valid for a total of 7 days*

At the customer's request, a credit for the difference will be issued if within 7 days of ordering, the exact same model (Device Model, Color, Storage and Aesthetic Grade) is displayed at a lower price.
PROMO CODES:
Some promotional codes may be invalid during events (e.g. Black Friday, Boxing Day, etc.). The discount for these codes always applies to the regular price of the device.
Although
we are very vigilant with regard to the data on the products appearing on our Site, it may happen that display errors (price, description, etc.) may occur. ENVIROMOBILE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RECTIFY SUCH ERRORS WITHOUT HAVING THE OBLIGATION TO DELIVER THE GOODS ON THE CONDITIONS DISPLAYED IN ERROR.
