Our guarantee

365-day warranty:

In the event of a device defect, a device repair warranty is provided against device defects only for a period of one year (365 days) from the date of delivery. Physical or liquid damage is not covered by this warranty.

Only defects that are not caused by the user are covered under our warranty policy. Any damage caused by misuse of the phone is not covered by this warranty.

Shipping costs for authorized repairs or exchanges during the 365-day warranty period will be paid by Enviromobile. You have 365 days from the date you receive your device to file your warranty claim.

We guarantee a battery life of at least 8 hours without recharging, under normal use (This equates to a battery with at least 81% of its original capacity). Otherwise, we will test and replace the battery if necessary.
